Julie Meagher – Co- Director & Office Administrator
Julie has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A from Sullivan University. After a career in Banking Julie stayed at home with her children and volunteered at St. Michael's School while her children were students. She went on to be involved with PTA (Secretary & President) while her children were in Elementary school. She joined St. Michael's staff in 2018 as the Secretary and worked with the former Director for 3 years, becoming Co-Director in 2021.

Susan Wallace
4-Year-Old Class Teacher
Jennifer has been teaching P.E. at St. Michael’s for seven years and Spanish for three years. She graduated from Transylvania University with an Elementary Education major and a Spanish minor. She has a Masters in Education from Georgetown College. She taught Kindergarten (both full-day and half-day) for six years before staying at home with her children. This year, 2020 she has seamlessly transitioned back into the classroom teaching one of our Young 5’s programs.
Susan graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1986 with a Major in Accounting. She moved to Cincinnati after graduation where she lived for ten years before coming to Lexington in 1996. She has three children and has worked at St. Michael’s as an assistant since 2006, then transitioned into a 4-year-old teacher in 2019.
Kim Wallace Co-Director &
4-Year-Old ClassTeacher
Kim graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor in Science, Elementary Education in 2008. She taught 4th and 5th grade at Ashland Elementary School in Fayette County. In 2014, Kim became a stay-at-home mom and all three of her children attended St. Michael's. When her youngest started at St. Michael's, Kim became the assistant in one of our 4 Year Old classes. She is now a lead teacher of the 4 Year Olds.
Amy Hill
3-Year-Old ClassTeacher
Amy is a certified K-8th grade teacher and went to UK for undergrad and received her Masters Degree from Georgetown College. Amy taught 1st and 3rd grade, English as a Second Language and was a Reading Interventionist with Fayette Co. Public Schools. Her 2 daughters are former students of St. Michael’s School. Amy has been a St. Michael's since 2018.
Kelli Thompson
3-Year-Old Class Teacher
Kelli has a B.A. in education from the University of Kentucky and an M.A. in Elementary Education from Georgetown College. She taught Elementary School in Fayette Co. Public Schools for ten years before deciding to stay at home with her three children, all graduates of St. Michael’s School. She has been with St. Michael’s since 2009.
Sarah Pearson
Art Teacher
Sarah graduated from University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Psychology in 2003. She received her M.Ed in Early Childhood Education from Towson University in 2006. Sarah started at Saint Michael’s School as as substitute teacher in 2014 and then became the three day a week floater in 2016. January 2018 she was hired as the Art Teacher. Previously, Sarah worked as Service Coordinator for Bluegrass First Steps. Sarah has two children, both attended Saint Michael’s School for preschool.
